Timing of Program: March 17-May 17, 2008



How to enter: Use official entry form, or a plain piece of 3”x5” paper to print your name and address including your age and phone number. Deposit your entry in the receptacle available at the participating retail location. Limit one entry per person, per day. See displays for deadline to enter. No electronically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the drawing.

Random Drawing: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on May 20, 2008 from among all eligible entries by a representative whose decision is final. Winner will be notified by phone. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) 32” Sanyo 32 LCD, HDTV will be given away at random.

General Rules: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution, or transfer of prize permitted by Winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
