Timing of Program: September 1 - December 30, 2008

How to enter: Enter on-line at www.famoussams.com.  Limit one entry per person.  See displays for deadline to enter.  Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the drawing. 
Random Drawing: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on, or about, January 2, 2009 from among all eligible entries by a representative whose decision is final.  Winner will be notified by phone. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.
Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Trip for two to Ireland with the opportunity to tour the Guinness brewery will be given away at random.  Approximate Retail Value of prize package, $5,000.
General Rules: Entrants must be 21 years or older to participate in Sweepstakes.  All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by Winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By accepting prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.  By participating, entrants are also automatically entered into Sponsors MVP Club.  Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes.
